The Asecom Rails study of runway tracks is a complex task that allows defining the entirety of a runway track according to precise rules and current standards (Eurocodes, FEM, etc.). Starting from the elements provided by manufacturers of overhead cranes, port cranes, and gantries, we are capable of defining all the subassemblies that make up a runway track, from the rail to the grout or resin mortar.
For this purpose, we need the following information imperatively:
Vertical, longitudinal horizontal, and transversal horizontal loads with safety coefficients included.
Wheel diameters.
Description of the environment in which the track will be installed.
The desired type of fastening systems.
The nature and width of the support, if the track is elevated.
Also, the nature of the support if the track is at ground level.
