ASECOM RAILS has received final acceptance from the INPI of the patent application for a new type of stress distribution plate system.

We wanted to completely eliminate the welding of clips on the so-called ‘classic’ plates supporting the running rail, welds which are sources of residual stress in the plates supporting the rail, sources of deformation and in particular after the galvanising operation, sources of significant costs in the workshop.

Thanks to an ingenious system of special individual plates that receive the screws fixing the clips and the altimetry adjustment screws, we will now be able to replace any defective clips without any difficulty.

This system will now enable us to assemble the clips in the workshop, saving installation time on site.
