Surface treatment operations
Surface treatment is a crucial process and, in most cases, an integral part of a structure to extend its lifetime by providing adequate surface protection against corrosion, depending on the environment in which it will be installed.

We offer the following services:

• Sandblasting of individual steels or welded assemblies to SA 2.5/SA 3 standards.

• Applying of a primer, with or without protection for various parts of steels or welded components.

• Applying of an intermediate or final coating as per the specifications.

• Applying of paint after galvanization.

• Surface treatment through immersion and/or for use in hostile environments.

• Provision of a Quality Assurance Plan for the entire treatment process.

• Coating thicknesses ranging from 20μ to 450μ, using water-based or solvent-based paint.
