Fastening systems

The role of fasteners in all crane rail track systems is capital.  Indeed, they are an integral part of the rail track system and allow the rail to be attached to the track in a secure manner, whether flexible or fixed.

At least two main fastening systems exist:

• A flexible system using GANTRAIL clips and flat pads
• A fixed system using machined or forged clips allowing the rail to be mounted without the use of crane rail pads.
